Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Anxiety is a normal sensation each of us experiences at some point, it can serve as a useful tool for keeping us safe. However many people experience anxiety at unusually high levels, or at inappropriate times, and this can hinder a person from living a normal lifestyle.
Below are a few questions used in clinical settings to help determine if the levels of anxiety you experience are normal, or something to have concern over. This test should not replace the official diagnosis or opinion of your therapist but can help give insight into where you stand along with some advice as to what you should do next.
