Free help communicating with us

- Written information in other formats, such as large print and accessible electronic formats.

If you think we have not followed this
You can file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator: Section 1557 Coordinator, Silver Lining Recovery, 16168 Beach Blvd, Suite 100, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, phone 866-681-0927, or through our contact page. You do not need a lawyer or a special form. If you need help, the Coordinator will write it down and read it back to you.
- We let you know we’ve received your grievance, usually within 5 business days.
- We aim to respond in writing within 30 calendar days with what we found and what we are doing.
- If you disagree, you can ask us to reconsider, and you can file with the federal government at any time.
We will not retaliate against anyone for raising a concern.
File with the federal government
