In an emergency

No provider-patient relationship
Using the site, calling us, or sending us a form does not create a provider-patient relationship. Treatment begins only after a clinical assessment and admission to one of our programs.
Information you send us
When you contact us or fill in a form, please give accurate information and only what we need to help you. Please do not send detailed medical history by email or web form; our team will collect what is needed over the phone or at assessment. How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. How we protect your health information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Insurance verification
When we check your insurance benefits, we rely on information from your insurer. A benefits check is an estimate, not a guarantee of coverage, payment or eligibility. Your insurer makes the final decision on what it covers, and you may be responsible for costs your plan does not cover.
Program information
We describe our programs, schedules and services as accurately as we can, but they may change. Admission and the level of care you receive depend on a clinical assessment, and a program may not be right for everyone. We will tell you honestly if another provider or level of care would suit you better.
